In this webinar offered by Harvard Medical School’s Office for External Education, I review the anticipated pandemic of mental health challenges due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is projected that millions of people will suffer from mental health challenges as a result of the pandemic, including things like insomnia, anxiety disorders, depression, increased domestic violence, increased use of alcohol and drugs, and increased rates of suicide.
